At Hridaya Calm, every product is crafted with care and attention to quality.
Since our wellness products are handmade and for personal use, we maintain a transparent and fair return policy to ensure customer satisfaction.
1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement
We accept returns or replacements only if:
- The product delivered is damaged, leaking, or defective.
- The product received is incorrect (different from what you ordered).
To be eligible:
- The request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used bath salts and affirmation card sets.
- Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
- Gift boxes or combo kits with partial product returns.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return or replacement:
- Email us at hello@hridayacalm.in within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
- Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Our support team will review and respond within 2 business days.
If approved, we will arrange a replacement or provide store credit.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
- Refunds are issued via the original mode of payment or as store credit.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or tampered, please contact us immediately at hello@hridayacalm.in with photos of:
- The outer packaging, and
- The product(s) received.
We’ll replace or compensate as per our assessment.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
